• Slip a shell into your bra, on the breast opposite the one you are feeding from while breastfeeding.
• Allow the milk to flow naturally during feeding or when milk comes in.
• When not breastfeeding, wear the shells to avoid friction on sensitive nipples and to collect any milk leaks.
• Once the milk has been collected, open the tab and pour it into a clean container.
• Store your milk in the refrigerator for up to 4 days, or in the freezer for later.
